Terms & Conditions

As we work with a perishable product, any requests need to come through within 48 hours of the blooms leaving our studio.

We can never guarantee flowers length of life. Please keep in mind flowers are perishable.

If they have perished or you are not happy with the quality, please get in touch. We do require photo evidence.

Any dried flower orders can be returned given they are still in the original condition and are faulty.

All of the above is decided by All Bunched Up Florals - not the customer.

Please do not expect traditional floristry. I try to make romantic / wild / beautiful bouquets that are not like your usual creation. Please look over the instagram for our take on style and floristry.

We use a mixture of delivery options. Mostly around Queenstown we hand deliver orders after 2:30pm. 
We always endeavour to deliver before 5pm however this is not always applicable. 

When we use a third party courier, please know there is an added risk and will always do our best to accomodate any issue if they were to arise. 

We try to use local growers to support small businesses around Central Otago. This does mean we expect more "one of a kind" flowers and are not always in your typical perfect condition. 

This is what we love to use and offer, All Bunched Up is happy to specially order in products from larger markets however please note this is not always accessible due to our location in the South Island.
